Meet Your Trainer:
Marc Rodriguez
Marc Rodriguez is a former Division II basketball player with a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. After overcoming multiple injuries, including two season-ending setbacks, he transitioned his passion for his own athletic performance into a career in strength and conditioning. While serving as a graduate assistant strength coach, he worked with multiple sports at the collegiate level, honing his expertise in athlete development.
Marc is the founder of The Village, a thriving community of 50+ high school, college, and professional athletes, including G-League, overseas pros, and CFL players. He started The Village Sports Performance LLC to offer:
• In-home personal training for busy adults who want to stay strong and fit.
• Team sports performance training for high schools and colleges.
• Small group training for athletes looking to level up their game.
• Online coaching for on-the-go professionals needing expert remote guidance.
